Scope of the nursing practice problem is very evident as because of lack of the system and friendly technologies developed. As the per the report of Institute of medicine (IOM), which is an independent organization in health care industry, there have been wrong planned to achieve or correct the medical related problems.To error is human, is the idioms which can be fitted on the people. The problem is not so generic but is combined of different diseases. This also depends on the condition of the patient. This research was done on more than 100,000 patients who died by the different problems.The above analysis shows that at the homes or hospitals the error occurred because of the absence of the correct knowledgeby which the people can understand the problem. In homes or hospitals this problem also occurred due to the number of people and less nursing staff. In addition of this the medicine management system is also not so good that it can be managed efficiently and the medicines can be given to the people timely as pert their problems. The previous researches on the medication error about the homes and hospitals for the people shows that more than 60 percent homes and hospitals having trouble taking care of the themselves and getting them proper attention.
