Elecdyne is the Tokyo based Japanese SME., introduced in 1990. Till the date of establish Elecdyne has shown brilliant growth from initial staff of 6 employees to 100 employees but still operating just in Japan. The Company Elecdyne manufactures the range of electronic products which includes CD players, DVD players, MP3 players, Televisions etc on technology licensed from multinational companies. Presently purchasing is done only from local buyers and just supplies the Japanese market.
Now Elecdyne is in critical condition and soon will face the 1st loss since the company established. From past two years Elecdyne is unsuccessful to raise the chart of sale, reason is increasing labor prices and the high cost of license. Elecdyne is facing problem in hiring the research graduates as they wants to be a part of multinational company like Matsushita.
