Final Elecdyne is a Japanese SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) which manufactures electronic items as television, mp3 player, CD player, DVD player etc on technology licensed from big companies. Elecdyne pays to these companies for the technology license. With 100 employees, currently company is operating in Japan only. Due to rising labor prices and license cost, company is unable to offer competitive price which is resulting in lower sales and no bonus for staff. Company is not able to hire research scholars as they join big companies like Sony for better package also current staff is joining rival company for better salary and incentives. Elecdyne is planning to go international to decrease its cost and look for new markets.
