Gagliardi& Thurm (1990) argued that cultureis a shared symbol within organization; it does have to be shared by everyone. Much work may contain more than one kind of culture. Although some may influence the management process within organization, most rarely under mine the development and expansion of it. Even though, unique culture within organization helps with cheering up members. On one hand, school culture may begenerated by the founder of organization; it may be forged over time through facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, it may be created and managed by human activities (Serrat, 2009). No matter how school culture formed, it can be influenced deliberately or unintentionally, intended or unconsciously. According to the arguments of all above, we conclude that school culture can be managed.
