In China, there is mandatory nine years course that is followed by the senior secondary school. This is a part of the three-year academic course and the main aim is to prepare the students to have a tertiary education. The curriculum includes the course of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. These are the main subjects that are covered. There is teaching of the foreign language, political sciences and other arts programs. There is teaching of the humanities courses that are taught in schools.
