Strong correlation exists between the reading habits of the people and the culture of the people. The emerging technology in the recent times has caused a considerable change in the culture. This has been found to be different across the spectrum there has been a number of significant development and changes that needs to be probed in detail to understand about the different cultures. This has found to be a blanketed approach and is found to be very homogenous in its approach. There is very little literature that has been developed for understanding the nuances of the cultural taste and the bestseller lists for each specific society.
