I should be able to organize and collect my thoughts and I should also be able to creatively guide them through different programs so as to keep them satisfied. There are many unpredictable elements in the tourism sector and to keep the consumer happy, I will have to improve my creative thinking. The second important concern that I have to address is that of the low preference for people that I have. The tourism industry is one where I would come face to face with people all the time, so I will have to improve on my interpersonal skills. In skills of doing I will have to improve my task completion oriented skills.
