In ever changing economy the most precious asset of the organization is the human capital of the organization. They are even the underutilized resources of the organization that has a lot of potential for curbing the ever-changing needs of the market. Therefore, they act as a feature of competitive advantage that if motivated properly with appropriate techniques will provide exceptional results for the success of the organization.
The modern managers who follow contemporary management approaches makes the other members of his team equally liable for the results provided by the team through delegation of power and control. This enables each employee to manage themselves effectively as self-managed team of knowledge workers. Today each employee is a manger in them performing the functions of investors, customers, partners and coaches for their team.
