Most smart phones games have not focused on the health implications linked to playing the games while idle and this is having a grave effect on the player’s health (Dr. Roberts, 2016). Pokémon Go has changed its perception linked to the player which amounts to being the main factors associated with gathering so much attention and frenzy from the global communities since it goes against traditional gaming. While games have been observed to make player minds sharper and more reactive to problem solving, the games have triggered serious physiological and mycological problems on the players. Today it’s common to find many people simply focusing their attention on their smart phone without even looking around and enjoying all that’s around them (Chen & Ronghuai, 2014). Their life has been trapped within the smart phone which is leading to serious health and social problems.
