The SWOT investigation is an extremely useful strategy to take decision-making and understanding for all sorts of situations in business. In this paper, it analyzes the internal significant (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external significant (Opportunities and Threats). These factors affect business development activities and organizational competitive advantages (Böhm, 2009). This study describes that how these factors may or may not be controllable and foreseeable in the organizational activities and competitive advantages, when it introduces its brand into the new market. Along with this, the object of this report is to identify the organizational strengths and weaknesses to develop the product effectively and utilize the new competitive market and target audience (Burgemeister, 2003). In the same manner, the aim of this paper is to discover the market opportunities to make use of all the organizational resources such as technology, manpower, marketing strength etc.

With this, organizations can also identify the market threats, which may create effective challenges and barriers for the product development in the new market. The organization can improve its competitive advantages and strengths, which are helpful to reduce the knowledgeable market threats and organizational weaknesses. This report’s plan is useful to introduce the Smartphone in the Indian market, in which organization can develop its competitive advantages to gain an extremely profit more than its competitors (Fleisher & Bensoussan, 2007). The preliminary market plan would also be significant to launch a Smartphone in Indian market, because it would define the marketing objectives and identify the target market to focus on the customers’ needs. This program is helpful to the organization in determining the needs and requirements of the customers to get more competitive advantages.
