Organizational culture is essential for any unit asit promotes proper function of an organization, changes managerial process and influences exchange of ideas within organization. However, organizational diversity strengthens the challenge of competition from exterior organizations. In finding out the resolution for this organization’s diversity,a great amount of organizational culture management theories and methods emerge.
