The research study is designed to help us understand the similarities and differences between the two education systems of Canada and China. It allows us to understand the concept of transformational leadership education, teacher empowerment, and leadership style in context of these two education systems. The best way to tackle research of this type is through a case study, with experts in their field. In fact this is the primary method of research to address the issue. Quantitative research is the main method of research used in this research study thought it also involves some aspects of qualitative research. They will be limited mainly to journal articles, magazines and academic publications on comparative education.
