Business as usual (BAU) refers to a system where there are specific patterns of work and own momentum.  The PM has to take an effort to work in a participative style. This will improve the communication within the team. The intrapersonal skills would enhance on the whole. As a result, the motivation will not get lost at any point of time. For people to understand about skills and tasks, the allocation has to be right. The skill set needs to be rightly managed so that people are neither too dumped nor underestimated. The PM has to work towards motivation and job satisfaction aspects so that the accountability develops among the people automatically (House, 2007). This will position the autonomy at the right position and eliminate all the issues at a faster pace.
Affiliation and support of people might remain as key limitations (House, 2007). Secondly, there might be a problem with the esteem of people when they tend to work as per the allocation and the overall autonomy. The cooperation also remains at stake and recognition of efforts taken by PM need to be realized. These remain as limitations due to the point that they affect the outcomes.
