矛盾关系
由此产生的第四个矛盾是关系称为self-other或者相似度的差异。根据这一矛盾,研究人员表示,合作伙伴不允许伴侣增长如果他们太相似了。如果他们有相似的自我意识的增长。一方面根据这种不同成员之间的矛盾是任何刺激,热情和发展。另一方面也看到,两个党派之间的差异会导致不愉快的讨论很多成员之间的张力。
据说是关于real-ideal第五矛盾。这种矛盾是评价。每个党员都是相对的感觉有了理想的关系在他的脑海中,因此他们把好的和坏的意义关系根据感知他们思想的关系。有两个机会在这种情况下,有时理想即被成员感知的情况与实际情况(斯蒂芬森&霍尔曼,2012)。

The fourth contradiction that arises is relationship is called as self-other or similarity difference. According to this contradiction, researchers say that the partners do not allow their partners to grow if they are too similar. If they are similar there is a sense of self growth. On one hand according to this contradiction difference among the members is the base for any kind stimulation, enthusiasm and development. On the other it is also seen that the difference among the parties leads to unpleasant discussions which brings lots of tension among the members.
The fifth contradiction is said to be about real-ideal. This contradiction is known to be evaluative in nature. Every party member who is in relation does have a perception about the ideal relationship in his mind and hence they attach the good and bad meaning to their relationship according to the perception which they have in their mind about the relationship. There are two chances in this case, sometimes the ideal i.e. the situation which is been perceived by the member matches the real situation (Stephenson & Holman, 2012).
