Abstract
This study explores the educational settings of classrooms in the context of two different cultures and structures. The basic aim of this research is to analyze, “What does transformational leadership education look like?” while comparing the classrooms in China and Canada.
To gather the information to conduct the study, exploratory research methods will be applied to gain firsthand knowledge regarding the two different contexts of the topic. As primary data is essential for this research, the use of surveys and questionnaires will be applied to gain information from students and experts in the field.
Literature Review
Following are various different sources of literature review that will provide ample information in completing this report. This section is divided on the basis of the different components of the report. The first being the research topic needs to have the most essential sources of information, as it is the most important component of the report. Secondly, literature review on the methodology of research is also important, as the information extracted from the sources will provide important information on how to conduct the study. Thirdly, sources are cited to access the population research, in case the researcher continues to pursue this study. Lastly, this section outlines the various ethical considerations in light of the research.
