Qualitative research is a process which is used as a tool for primarily research in social sciences based on theoretical principles based methodologies such as hermeneutics and phenomenology (Patton, 2002). In this paper we aim to analyze the “Role of management in organization performance” through qualitative research supported by secondary research and literature reviews. The survey will be conducted with different people like employees working in various organizations and general people (Maykut and Morehouse, 1994). Organizational performance is mainly dependent on several factors. The most important thing is organizational behavior. There are many sciences that share four goals: to describe, understand, predict and control phenomena, including the organizational environment. These are the goals of organizational behavior:

  • The first objective is to describe systematically how people behave under different conditions. Achieving this allows administrators to communicate with a common language about human behavior at work.
  • A second objective is to understand why people behave as they do. Administrators became increasingly frustrated if they could talk about the behavior of their employees without understanding the underlying reasons. Therefore, the managers concerned, learn to probe for explanations.
  • Predicting the future behavior of employees is another objective of organizational behavior. Ideally, administrators would be able to predict which employees will be engaged and productive, and which are characterized by absenteeism, tardiness or disruptive behavior at one point (so that preventive action is possible).
  • The ultimate goal of organizational behavior is controlling, at least in part and develops some human activity at work. Administrators are responsible for the performance results, so vitally interested in effects on behavior, skill development, teamwork and productivity of employees. They need to improve outcomes through their actions and those of its employees, and organizational behavior can help them achieve that purpose.
