The importance of the study lies in supporting the identification of elements within an environment on the basis of economical choices made for consuming fast food. The initiative of health eating is also a factor acknowledged in the study which is the need of most fast food consumers today.
The purpose of this research furthermore lies in evaluating through discussion the external environment factors that can influence the access in a community with regard to healthy eating and fast food. Healthy eating requirement cannot be traded off merely to obtain economic benefit is the assumption taken in the hypothesis.
The approach adopted is social exploration which illustrates to explore the paradigm of research where several aspects related to fast food are developed and results are identified. The findings then will require an empirical investigation. The approach within the research utilized primary research approach by exploring the research paradigm. The technique to collect data is through data collection instrument used here as observation tool.
From the perspective of this research it can be indicated that an essential role is played in gaining healthy food related access by the external environment factors but still individual preference plays an highly significant role even more that these external forces.
The construction of this research took place by recognizing distinctly several choices of individuals, for example, considering diet, healthy food related access in comparison to fast food access and individual physical health (Meiselman 2006). Using primary research further, observation technique was used to collect data. All the businesses such as potato selling, Fast food joints like French fries selling, chips being sold etc. on different routes were noted.
