According to Wallace and Hall, Senior Team Management is not a simple matter. Senior team management can be considered as the skeleton of the entire organization. Senior management of any organization consists of some top level employees within the organizations such as operation managers, assistant managers, Human resource managers, assistant managers of all department and their play vital roles in the organization (Aritzeta, Ayestaran & Swailes, 2005). The authors do not follow the casual chain of effectiveness of senior team management all the way from the contribution of team members through their impact on their staff (Aritzeta, Senior & Swailes, 2007). The authors say that senior management team work within some externally imposed constraints. The staff of the company should be consulted and kept informed while taking any decision up to certain extent. Senior management teams are not meant to be an end (Aritzeta, Swailes & McIntyre-Bhatty, 2004). There are many senior level management staff who reports that they gain intrinsic benefit from intellectual challenge of debate and emotional support from their colleagues. The authors state that teamwork can be enjoyable and it can fulfill experience in senior management’s professional life (Aritzeta, Swailes & Senior, 2005). In school management, the authors state that the staff should be enabled to participate in school management to provide them humane work experience of intrinsic worth.
