因為同性婚姻在世界大部分地區都不合法，被認為是違反法律的行為，或者是非法的。因此，當有人想要同性婚姻，但又不被所在州允許時，這個人就會對政府和政治制度失去信心。如果把同性戀者作為一個整體，他們可能會成為這個州的大多數人。因此，它不僅剝奪了他們作為人類的選擇自由的基本權利，而且使人們不相信政府，這更像是一個雙輸的局面。
為人父母是一種任何人、任何人都有權擁有的感覺，不論其種姓、性別或性取向如何。世界各地的許多同性戀者否認這是正確的,因為首先他們的性取向就像上面提到的,同時,也因為他們的婚姻是沒有國家法律確定的(Sáez,無日期)。因此，收養機構不相信他們的婚姻，因此不允許這種夫婦收養。
世界各地的離婚率都很高，因為大量的同性戀者隱藏自己的同性戀身份，並通過與非同性戀者結婚來掩飾自己。這些不健康和悲傷的關系往往導致離婚，這不僅是一個痛苦的過程，而且也占用了司法系統的很多時間，阻止它做更重要的工作。因此，同性婚姻不僅降低了世界各地不斷上升的離婚率，而且占用了人們的時間。
同性婚姻不影響異性戀群體或他們的婚姻。因此，沒有理由不讓同性婚姻合法化。
世界人民需要理解的是，制度不應該僅僅因為某種宗教不允許而制定法律。國家的工作、宗教的工作和宗教機構的工作絕不應混為一談。宗教講道是為遵循它的人準備的，絕不應該成為制定管理國家的法律的基礎。
Many people consider being gay as a sickness, or something which could have been cured if recognized at an early stage of development which is before the kid becomes an adult. But what has to be understood is that human beings cannot help the way they have been bor. For example all the human beings have been born with two hands, two legs, two eyes and a nose, along with the different kinds of physical features which is something not within their reach or control a person is the way that person is because nature has made him so (Nandini, 2008). This is the same when it comes to picking a companion for marriage and settling down for the rest of the life. Whether one is attracted towards a man being a man himself is as natural as a man being attached to a woman, as either of it are something which cannot be helped and is a feeling that the human beings have a right over by means of being born a human.
Since same sex marriage is something which is not made legal in major part of the world and is considered to be an act of violation of law, or something which is illegal. Thus when there are people who want a same sex marriage but are not being allowed by the state in which he or she lives, the person loses faith in the government and the political system. And homosexuals may form a majority of the people of the state if taken together as a whole. Thus not only does it deny them the basic rights of their freedom of choices as human beings but also make the people disbelief in the government which is more like a lose-lose situation.
Parenting is a feeling which anyone and everyone are entitled to irrespective of the person caste, sex or sexual orientation. Many homosexuals around the world are denied this right because, firstly of their sexual orientation like it has been mentioned above, and at the same time, also because their marriages is something which has not been legally identified by the state (Sáez, n.d.). Thus the adopting institution does not believe in their marriages and thus does not allow adoption for such couples.
The divorce rate all around the world is very high because a large number of homosexuals hide their homosexuality and keep camouflaging themselves behind the people who are not homosexuals, by entering into marriages with them. These kinds of unhealthy and sad relationships often lead to divorce which is not only a painful process but is also something which takes up a lot of time of the judicial system preventing it from doing more important work. Thus same sex marriages not only decrease the increasing rate of divorce all around the world but also take up time .
Same sex marriages in no way affect the heterosexual community or their marriages. Thus there is no reason as to why same sex marriages should not be made legal.
What needs to be understood by the people of the world is that the systems should not make laws just because a certain religion does not allow it. The working of the state and the working of the religion and religious institution is something which should never be mixed. The religious preaching’s for the people who follow it and in no way should be any kind of basis while framing the laws which govern the state and not otherwise.

許多年輕人自殺並結束他們的生命，因為世界不接受他們的性取向，也不允許他們同性婚姻。因此，當同性婚姻合法化後，同性戀青少年的自殺率就會降低，從而使這個州成為一個安全的地方。
世界已經成為一個應該平等對待人民的地方，應該向所有人提供平等的權利。也不應該有任何基於性取向的歧視。因此，同性婚姻應該在世界各地合法化，並應該立即付諸實施，使世界成為一個同樣重視平等的地方。因此，這鼓勵那些可能是同性戀的人自由地生活，沒有任何恐懼或自卑的感覺，這也是世界進步的一個非常重要的因素。
The simple fact about the legality of the same sex marriage is something which every homosexual deserves on the basis of the rights which have been provided to him or her at birth. It’s a matter of choices, equality of choices and freedom of choices which should be granted to anyone and everyone who has been born as a human and this as mentioned also involves same sex marriage and therefore should be made legal anyway.
What needs to be understood by the world is that same sex marriages are something which already exists in the world. There has been a section on this planet itself which has legalized same sex marriages and in no way does it harm the state or the people of the state. Thus when it is already a reality, there is no point escaping from it and therefore should be made legal in all the part of the world (Smith, 2005).
Many young people commit suicide and end their lives because the world does not accept their sexual orientation and would not allow same sex marriage for them. Thus upon legalizing same sex marriages the rate of the suicides which are committed by teens who are homosexual in nature decrease it making the said state a safe place.
The world had been made a place where people should be treated as equal and equal rights should be provided to them all. There should not be any kind of discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation as well. Thus same sex marriages are something which should be legalized all around the world and should be put to immediate effect making the world a place where equality is paid attention too. Thus this encourages the people who might be homosexual in nature to live freely without any kind of fear or feeling of inferiority which is again a very important factor for the world to progress.
