Good performance of job and fairness at workplace ends up going hand in hand. Management of discrimination helps in attracting, motivating and retaining the staff members, and helps in the enhancement of organizational reputation as the employer (Sullivan, 2014). Elimination of discrimination helps in providing an equal opportunity for working and for developing their skills. Employers should consider if the procedures and policies of the organization respects the sensitivity of sexual orientation amongst individual and the significance to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
