Tim Costello is a matured leader, who is knowing where he is, where he desires to go, and what will lead him to that place. He is crystal clear about the goals that he is mandated to achieve, and this makes him more clutter-free to attempt the best efforts in the achievement of his objectives. He is where he belongs, evident by the effectiveness he reflects when he works with passion for all the goals. Many leaders are not mentally and physically aligned which results into inefficiency and lack of progress (Hart, 2009), a stark contrast with Tim who is exactly aligned in his thinking and action.
He manages to create an environment of value where all employees and associates are compelled to put in their best efforts, and these roots down to the most solid leadership capabilities of conjoining all beings, especially the diverse and extremely dissimilar. He uses value based leadership theory where he knows that some actions require to create long term value, and reflects responsible leadership where there is a higher likelihood of the failure of project (Oc and Bashshur, 2013). He does not hesitate in admitting his mistakes in front of others, a sign of a matured and seasoned leader, and shows more empathy for the victims by providing the exact mean with which they are to come out of their disadvantaged position. Above all, Costello is a personification of a perfect and flexible leader.
