There are three people issues associated to a project. Firstly, it is the understanding of an individual about the skills and tasks required to accomplish the assigned project. Secondly, the personal conflicts are highly critical issues when they happen among the team members as they tend to directly impact on the outcomes of project. Thirdly, it is the accountability and autonomy associated with the people involved in a project. These are some factors where they either get de – motivated or work in a poor manner.
