The title of this report is “Analysis of Starbucks’ Culture Marketing Strategy”
NATURE OF WORK SUBMITTED:
The report has highlighted a few key areas which have resulted in the great success of Starbucks. All the tools of marketing which are taught to us in the course are evaluated in reference to Starbucks which has helped in the analysis of their marketing strategy. The report also includes the key issues and problems that Starbucks is facing which can cause them a great deal of problem in the future. Till the year 2009, there were 16,076 stores all over the world, from which 8,850 of them were company operated stores and 7,856 licensed stores.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
The basic aim of our research is to figure out how what actually is Starbucks strategy and how have they been able to implement the strategy for such a long duration. We also want to know the recent accolades that Starbucks have achieved through this marketing strategy. We have taken the opinions of the consumers and the people who often visit the Starbucks stores, to actually figure out the needs and wants of a customer. This research also aims to find out the extent of the success that has come to Starbucks because of the marketing strategy of Starbucks.
