第三部分，我们谈论中国文化意识，强化中国文化安全意识的文化软实力，提高中西文化交流的国际地位，在中西文化背景下对中国文化发展的对策文化冲突。
第四部分，我们谈论中国的文化发展战略。

The study of the cultural conflicts between Chinese and Western cultures has a long history. Nowadays, with the increasing development of globalization, the Study on cultural conflicts has gone through different stages. We can see that cultures are quite different from one country to another. It is true to state that different people tend to do the same things or might regard the same things in different ways.
The Cultural clash is more worthy for our discussion and research, because it can adversely affect one’s inner spiritual realm. Moreover, it has a direct impact on the people’s way of thinking and manners of behavior. The cultural conflict between Chinese and Western world has a great influence on our countries culture that merits our in-depth study. I have tried to explain the cultural difference between Western and Chinese culture from the perspective of economical ethics and draw the conclusion that the Chinese should critically assimilate Western culture and inherit traditional Chinese culture to create a new culture which fits the needs of the new era.
The article is divided in four parts:
In the first part, the field of philosophy of culture is discussed.
The second part describes the expertly part of cultural conflicts between Chinese and Western culture; which are the Western ideology, value and free of conflict of three aspects of Chinese and Western cultural conflict situation, and we focus on the Western cultures and do a deep analysis of the root causes of the conflict.
The third part, we talk about the Chinese cultural consciousness, cultural soft power which strengthens the sense of Chinese cultural security and enhances China’s international status of cultural discourse four dimensions stated in the countermeasures of development of Chinese culture under the background of Chinese and Western cultural conflict.
In the fourth part, we talk about the cultural development strategy of China.
