Problems related to implementation of decision are often serious issues and often relate to the ways how behaviors are being influenced by leaders and how the leaders would overcome the resistance and change the existing course of events. Whenever there is a situation of political voting, every person understands the importance of choosing a good leader which even includes work fronts where the employees try to make careful choices before deciding on their leader.
Many a time’s communications become one of the major barriers where an effective leadership fails. Most employees/ followers often do not confide anything questionable/objectionable or anything which could raise a controversy. But in the long run, these may cause greater harm to the organization. Lack of effective communication is not only restricted to employees/ followers but quite often, one of the major reasons why an organization faces loses is due to lack of leadership communications. There are scenarios wherein only a handful of employees are informed about a particular change. This creates confusion in the mindset of the others as work related confusions occur in these scenarios thereby ultimately leading to loss of productivity. In another scenario, where there are different managerial levels, most often there is lack of consistent information flow from the top level management towards their subordinates which create confusion and problem (Johnson, 2013). Two different managers giving different types of directives to their workers ultimately deteriorate the growth of the organization and may end up losing vital work force.
