Analysis and Discussion of Results: In the first part, the position of SMEs in Chinese economy is analysed in comparison to large enterprises, using China SME Development Report, 2005. Further, sources of financing SMEs in comparison to large enterprises are analysed using the data of China Enterprises Survey System, 2010. Moreover, loans to SMEs from banks in China is analysed using China Statistical Yearbook, 2009. Further regression analysis of results regarding provincial SMEs per capita in relation to the overall numeral of banks in the provinces, provincial GDP per capita, stage of development in infrastructure in the provinces is conducted. Finally Further regression analysis of results regarding logarithm provincial SMEs per capita in relation to part of foreign bank in the country’s provinces, logarithm of provincial GDP per capita, logarithm of stage of infrastructure growth in the country’s provinces, is conducted.
