Through the above analysis carried out by the researcher, it can be concluded that the amount of US $ 2 billion should be spent more efficiently on increasing the enrolment of secondary education as it will enhance the economy and eventually overall Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of a country. Investing in secondary school education is more essential as it will be helpful to increase Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in a long run where as investing on bailing out the banking sector will benefit only in a short run. Thus, it is recommended to a government committee that to raise the GDP of a country over the next fifteen years investment should be dedicated to policy measures which will increase the rate of secondary education.
