Making assumptions or thinking virtually sometime makes a feel as great to the person. For example, I come to the lecture assuming that that learning the subject will help me achieve a good degree and then a good job. I get out of bed in the morning with the assumption that activity is better than inactivity. Another case like racism where people virtually thinks that the individualism is the only option for racism but in fact it is not trues everywhere.The diversity movement has many facets: diversity awareness, diversity training, diversity hiring and admissions, diversity promotions, and diversity accommodations (e.g., special organizations and facilities at universities for groups based on race or interest). The common feature in all these facets is: racial preference. A large group of people in many countries have the feeling of racism.
The most important part of this is racism or say as racial preference because individuality mainly depends on the racism. There may be many assumptions in different countries or laces for the individuality. If diversity is the cure, however, why, instead of promoting racial harmony, has it brought racial division and conflict? The answer is not hard to discover. Obviously, the perfect way of finding out the solution is to make the things universal. This explains that even though the Individuality is the only option for racism but still it is need to find others too.
Underlying assumptions can be reflected as when we act we must think of the consequences for us if everyone in the world acted in the same way. For example, If we decide to change bankers’ contracts then we must be prepared to accept the consequences of every one’s contracts being changed; including our own. The assumptions are better to have some time but in some cases it is not good. False premises also the cause of underlying assumptions. These ideas of individuality and underlying assumptions are very much belong to the academic criteria because both are used in that. The idea of individuality or racism in some places have been already applied and also the underlying assumptions.In many countries these are often happen. Identification of the assumptions are also needed because of the facts that before doing any task you have to assume the final result you are going to expect and the reach to that result. Assumptions are good but these have the limitations.
Conclusion or arguments summary for the same is important because it describes the overall resulting idea of the concept you are going to apply or going to make assumptions. The criticality of the ideas depends on the arguments you are making or writing for the report or article. Thus we can see that critical thinking learning logs explains about the some specific activities or conceptualization belongs the real world happening.
