Schedules for literacy arrangements and trainings: The commonly mentioned lack of sustenance systems such reasonable transport and reachable child care coupled with a proficient carrying system tends to influence problems which influences whether students are able to attend literacy exercise (HDRC, 2000, p.17). These structural troubles along with locality gaps play a very important role on the time limitations faced by literacy learners. This study establishes that few of the surveyed organizations clearly offer learners the choice to schedule lessons outside their given office hours. Supplementary study on the existence of time gaps is needed. Such study should focus on literacy knowledge acquirers and prospective literacy learners’ views.
