Research Questions and Hypothesis
The primary question of research is: What is the impact and challenge of motivating employees over organization performance in the U.K banking sector?
The secondary research questions are as follows:
How employee motivation influences performance of an organization in the UK banking sector?
H 1: Motivation of employees has an effect on performance of organization.
What are the challenges related to motivating employees in the UK banking sector?
H2: The challenges related to employee motivation often cause companies to ignore motivation.
How increase in tools for motivation influences organization employees in the UK banking sector?
H3: Increase in tools for motivation does have an essential influence over performance of employees.
Does motivation of employees has any relationship with performance of an organization in the UK banking sector?
H4: There is a relationship between motivation of employees and effectiveness of organizations.
The scope of this research is inclusive of organizational functions and systems based aspects with focus over the influence of motivation of employees over behaviour of organizations. This helps in increasing the firm’s performances. The scope is limited to reliable data collected availability via data sources of primary and secondary nature (Argyris, 2010). The study scope furthermore is limited to issues for investigation which have a relation to the utilization of theory of resource based when trying to take advantage competitively, improvise performance and develop organizational structure.
This research focuses on organizations in general and does not select any particular organizations for studying over them. Therefore, the results of this study will be broadly applicable over a broad category of organizations but not on any specific firm (Baldoni, 2005). Another limitation is that the participants are randomly selected and thus, the results will be beneficial only for employee groups at large.
