CommuniCo UK Ltd is one of the major telecom service providers in UK and they are headquartered in The Queensway, Fforestfach, and Swansea. The Chief executive of CommuniCo wants to improve teamwork in the company. The aim of this advice paper is to improve the performance of each of the team companywide in order to achieve better performance. This advice paper will consist of some recommendations to improve the performance of each team in the company and the recommendations will be backed by two theories i.e. Wallace and Hall’s school teamwork leadership model and hunches about effectiveness and the second one is Belbin’s generic management team role theory. These two theories will be compared in order to address the some issues about teamwork which in turn will provide recommendations to improve the performance of teams in CommuniCo. These two studies have been chosen to improve the performance of the teams in the organizations because these two theories suggest the features of a team and what should be roles of teams inside organizations. The nine roles in suggested by Belbin have been accepted worldwide and they are quite effective to improve the performance of teams. The theory of Wallace and Hall mainly describes the roles and responsibilities of senior management teams in organizations. It will be helpful to improve the roles of senior management team within CommuniCo. That is why this theory has been chosen for this study. This theory is quite good for eliminating threats in teamwork and it shows some pointers which will improve the teamwork.
