After my term exams, I joined an outside organization as a campus ambassador for my university. The organization aim was to spread the career related information and help the students in finding the jobs and other internship opportunities worldwide. I saw an advertisement in which the organization was searching the person who can take their responsibilities and conduct the workshop, distribute the news letters, and other connects the students to the organizations. The organization first took the feedback from me about the awareness about the career related among the students and where they approach for Jobs or internships. Organization sent me then some flares or posters to put in the university notice board so that student will know about me as well as the organization.
I gave a presentation to the students about the activities or involvement with the organization and how it will be benefited to you. The major problem that occurred that I was alone in the university to do that so in finding the team for doing the activities was a very difficult along with convincing the university administrator about the organization. But after some time this activities became very easy to handle by me and got the overwhelmed response.
1. Evaluate your strengths and weaknesses
Strengths:I had some experience in leading the team as from the last organization where I worked for a while. Also an innovative skill, managing skills led me to conduct the workshop, convincing the people and was able to convince the university administrator. I managed the workshop and was able to deliver the lecture on the career skills with the help of some student coordinators. I was able to create a brand and awareness about the organization as a campus ambassador.
Weakness:My weakness in organizing the workshops, seminars and giving presentation was not as good as I have not done this thing before in my life alone so faced difficulty in doing the same. The activity was not as good as it should be because I could convince the lot of people and also could not get the large number of student coordinator and university staff to help in organizing an event as lack of time but definitely for next time I can assure that this will be a very big event in the university.

缺点：我在组织车间的弱点，研讨会和给表现并不是我没有做这件事之前，在我的生命中独自面对困难的做的一样好。活动是不应该因为我可以说服很多人，也无法让学生协调员和大学工作人员的大量帮助组织一个活动，缺乏时间，但肯定下次我可以保证这将是在大学的一个非常大的事件一样好。
