Its capacity to market its products successfully has made the company to gain competitive advantage as compared to the competitors. All the units such as logistics, operations, distributions, supply chain management, sales & promotion, etc., all are very effective and strong. Microsoft is continuously focusing on the improvement of its department wise performance in order to be highly result oriented.
